Lease Rules：：
1. The above listed rental rates are on a NT dollar basis and exclude 5% VAT (value
　 added tax).
2. The unit price of all rental VIP rooms, VIP Briefing Room and Press Center are
　 charged on a “per hour” basis.
3. Those using premises overtime for less than half hour will be charged an extra 50%
　 of an one hour rental. Those exceeding half hour overtime but less than one hour,
　 will be charged a full hour rental.
4. Rental rates during move in and move out times: A discount of 40% off per hour.
5. Only organizations stated below may apply to lease VIP rooms, VIP Briefing Room
　and Press Center:
　 1) Organizers and exhibitors of exhibitions held in the TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall.
　 2) Lessee of TWTC Nangang Exhibition Hall Conference Rooms and Public Area.
6. TWTC Nangang VIP rooms can be used only as VIP reception rooms or press rooms.
　 The lessee is not allowed to change any furniture and decoration or permit dining in
　 VIP rooms.
7. Various free-of-charge appliances and equipment can be used by those who lease
　 the Press Center (including: DVD Player, 8 Personal Computers, 1 Color Copy
　 Machine, 1 Multi-function Fax Machine, 1 Chunghwa Telecommunication MOD TV,
　 Ceiling Projector, 1 Amplifier with Hi-Fi Loudspeakers, 36 LAN Ports, 1 Electric
　 Projector Screen, Fixed Whiteboard, 5 World Clocks, 4 sets of Round Table with
　 2 Chairs, 4 Round Bar Height Tables, 13 Magazine Shelves, 2 Newspaper Racks,
　 3 Office Desks, 1 Bar Desk, 40 sets of Desk + Chairs (partitioned), 1 Information
　 Desk with 2 chairs, 1 Wired Telephone, 2 Large-sized Aluminum Trash Cans,
　 1 Middle-sized Plastic Trash Can, 1 Small-sized Plastic Trash Can.) The lessee agrees
　 to return items undamaged and to be responsible for the security and safe use of all
　 borrowed equipment.
8. The lessee is responsible for any damage incurred to VIP rooms, VIP Briefing Room
　 and Press Center or their facilities by contractors, visitors or his own person,
　 even if such damage was accidental, and the lessee shall be held liable.
9. Payment：
　 1) Lessee shall pay the lease fee stated in the agreement letter to lessor before the
　　　due date.
　 2) Additional charges shall be paid before the end of the event.
10. If the lessee violates the rules listed above and is not willing to approve it, lessor
　　shall prohibit or declare the cancellation of the event and shall not return the fee
　　paid for terminating the agreement.
11. Rental rates are subject to change without prior notice.
